ELIGIBILITY
- Entrants must have reached their 60th birthday on or before August 30, 2011.

JUDGING
All entries will be judged by a panel of individuals involved in, or interested in, the literary arts. Judging will be based upon the following three criteria (one-third for each one):
- Creativity / Originality
- Appropriateness of Answer to the Question - “What person or event had an impact on you?”
- Quality of Writing (includes content and grammar)
Individual results will not be released. The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES
How about some publicity? Want your group or organization’s name in the paper? Plan a group writing challenge prior to the Expo and let us know. We will alert the local media of some of the activities that take place prior to the Expo and share info and photos with them.
